System Function Brief Description

Building Management System

This system is used to manage , control and oversight of the property business. Property Functions are defining by the core value of the system with the operation in the property by using our module such as: Property Information Management, Sale Management , Lease Management, Operation Management, Payment and Collection Management and Human Resource Management.

Property Information Management

It records all the Property Informations like-while Property Developer Information and Property Details Information. Developer Information are recorded with all Details Background and Mission and Vision that is very profitable for all Property Investors to clearly understand the purpose of the project development. This also shows the value of the developers to make the Trust to all participants in the project development. Property Details Information is recored all the property scale and business type for each project with all classification to each category and type of the property units.

Sale Management

This Sale Management is profitable for sale department team to make pricing, recording property buyer Information, making Sale Purchase Agreement and other activities related to sale team. This also uses for the Sale Promotion and Agency Control Management.

Lease Management

Lease Management is a part of the property management that is used for the recording the unit leasing with all types - Hourly, Daily, Monthly & Annually . This counts all the profit of rent to all Property Developer and Property Owner. We can also set up the unit price with the unit type or unit no. in our Property Lease Information. In Addition, the user can set up the Lease Promotion Terms and Condition with a single system and accurate the percentage of each activities evaluation.

Operation Management

User can use this operation part to do the management and services in the property with all our functions and this is linked to our Payment and Collection for the monthly service that is needed to make the payment by all Property users in the property. It is essential for MEP and Operation Team to do the inspection, Maintenance and Control the work order from all parties, even the property owner or tenant making complaints.

Payment and Collection Management

The accounting part is fit to this function as this is for collection and payment that can define the profit and loss of the property. In this function, we manage all the Invoice Payment and Expense from each service provider. User can make the invoice generating with a very easy selection and schedule of the payment to all units in the property, plus the notification to all users mobile application. We also link to our payment system that is very convenient for all payment by Local Bank, Visa card / Master Card , WeChat Pay and Ali Pay.

Human Resource Management

The main feature of this function part is to control the manpower serving in the property and our controlling are the record of their Detail information, Salary Base, Allowance, Attendance, Leave Management and Payroll Management. We will implement more Human Resource function for our next generation with all management controlling function.
